Through a collaborative effort with the LGUs, we offer housing solutions that will empower individuals and families to have a decent place to call home. JuanTahanan aspires to uplift the lives of low-income earners across the Philippines. Every beneficiary should be given an opportunity to achieve homeownership for themselves and their families and build a better future where we can truly say: Bawat Pilipino, May Tahanan!

HISTORY

JuanTahanan was inspired by PBBM’s 4PH program, a government initiative aimed at addressing housing needs in the Philippines. We embarked on a noble mission in the year 2022 to contribute and help bring this into reality. Recognizing the fundamental right of every Filipino and their family to thrive and create a brighter future, JuanTahanan was born.

It was founded with the goal of establishing a flagship residential program that would work together with the government to offer an affordable housing solution to Filipinos. Through strategic partnerships with real estate developers and LGUs, JuanTahanan strives to maximize its impact and reach a larger segment of the population in need.

RS Realty Concepts Developers Inc. and Zeta World Realty Inc. are the frontrunners of this collaboration, alongside principal LGUs of different provinces.
