In response to the need for accessible housing among Filipinos, JuanTahanan has officially begun. It was given the idea by the PBBM’s 4PH program, a government initiative aimed at addressing housing difficulties in the Philippines. Through strategic partnership with the LGUs and real estate developers, a flagship residential housing program was established. JuanTahanan ensures Filipinos to have an affordable and suitable place to live.
Founded in the year 2022, WRS Holdings Inc. envisioned to address the need of an affordable housing for Filipino low-income earners. Not just to fulfill the essential need, but also to build and strengthen their lives and communities. Moreover, JuanTahanan look forward to a future that every Filipino family could achieve an affordable, secure, and suitable place they can call home.
As JuanTahanan begins its journey, this housing program represents a beacon of hope for low-income Filipinos who aspire to become homeowners. A home that embodies comfort, affordability, and a sense of community. JuanTahanan paves the way for a future “Bawat Pilipino, May Tahanan”.
